The Facebook group membership is mandatory to being a member of the Binger Plex service. Updates, server downtime, playback issues, and sometimes movie and TV show requests (if Ombi is down) are all communicated here. This is for two-way communication, so feel free to mention here if you're having problems. Be descriptive please. If you're getting an error message, please detail exactly what it says (i.e. What Movie or TV Show Season AND Episode?, are other movies or shows affected?, when did this start? etc.)

Want something we don't have? You can request a Movies and TV Shows to be added at any time at ombi.binger.pro. MAKE SURE to search Plex for what you are wanting to be added before requesting on Ombi, as sometimes it doesn't see all content, so what you're looking for may already exist on Plex!

It is imperative that you keep your subscription current. No donations from Plex end up in our pockets. This is a passion project, and all donations go to upkeep, and improving the service for everyone. We have limited space due to bandwidth and server limitations, so we can only keep subscribers that are current. This applies to all! If we can't pay the bills, we can't keep Plex running. Simple as that. If you need help, please reach out.

Also note that we do not have the ability to start, modify, or cancel your monthly donation! You must do this from your OWN PayPal account. Here is a quick guide on how to cancel your account: Cancelling an Automatic Payment on PayPal

We make it a point to keep the content as clean as possible, but we understand that it can be next to impossible to keep things above board when dealing with Hollywood these days! With that said, content with nudity, vulgar language, violence is available and can be requested to be added to Binger. HOWEVER, there are still restrictions to what will be added, and what can be requested. Here is a non-comprehensive list of what is not permitted:

• Pornography (including sudo-porn, X-rated content, gratuitious amounts of nudity, soft porn, etc.)

• Content actively promoting the use of violence, rape, drugs, satanism, demonic rituals, genocide, racism/sexism, etc.

• Fraud or Scam-Promoting Content

These also have restrictions, but for different reasons.

• Any Christian content will not be added until it has been released either physically or digitally (whichever comes first) for at least 6 months. This is to give these studios a chance to make the money back they need for their content. Most Christian studios are not-for-profit and cannot continue to create more content if they don't recoup their production costs. If you want to watch this content, go rent or buy it. They deserve it.

• Foreign Language Content (with the exception of Anime). The complexity and difficulty of adding this content has been found more trouble than it's worth. There MAY exceptions to this restriction on occasion, but the rule is all content must be in English.

• NO AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER 2010 LIVE ACTION MOVIE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• WE DON'T TALK ABOUT THE AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER 2010 LIVE ACTION MOVIE.

• WE DON'T REQUEST AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER 2010 LIVE ACTION MOVIE.

We reserve the right to approve or deny the addition, deletion, or modification of any content at any time without warning, even if it conflicts with these guidelines, at our own discretion.

NO. It's imperative you do not share your account with anyone. One account per household, per family. The wrong people finding our server can ruin it for all of us! Beyond that, it's also important to know that our bandwidth is VERY limited. Sharing of your account will increase our bandwidth utilization, which will in turn cause our network to become unstable, or even completely unusable due to what's called "oversubscription". We specifically make it a point to balance the amount of people subscribed to minimize the effects of oversubscription. Sharing your account with others will push us past our limits and make it very difficult for even YOU to stream at all if you were to account share. Yes, even just ONE unexpected additional user can cause things to become unstable.

   We reserve the right to stop any stream, as well as block, suspend, or terminate any account that we believe is account sharing or violating any rule listed here without refund or notice.

Not all content provided by Binger is something we provide as part of your subscription, but rather is considered "bonus content". The Libraries that are part of your subscription are "Movies" and "TV Shows". All other content is provided as labor of love for our community. You may request any other content, but please note that there is no promise or agreement of any kind that when, what, and even IF we will add your request. Some examples of "bonus" content is Anime (due to its difficulty and complexity), Video Game Soundtracks, Movie Soundtracks, YouTube, etc).
